This is the delicious, decadent chocolate cake my son, (the aspiring chef) made as a practise for my moms 74 th birthday party. It tasted as good as it looks! I placed it on the 'master chef' tea towel, which was inspired by a painting done by the same child, about 11 years ago.

I'm off to bake some chocolate eclairs now (with the help of my boyfriend, or visa versa)....this cake looks just too delicious to only look at and eclairs are my version. :)
